We offer a group pick-up and check-in service included in our weekly cost for flights/trains arriving and departing London Heathrow or London Gatwick between 9am-3pm. Out-of-hours transfers can be arranged (see Course fees and dates).
On average each centre is about 90 minutes from London Heathrow, 75 minutes from London Gatwick . We are just 54 minutes from London by train.
Our summer school teaching staff are qualified professionals, each possessing a degree alongside either a TEFL qualification or a PGCE. Their educational backgrounds ensure they have good subject knowledge and teaching skills. This combination of qualifications ensures that our staff are prepared to provide education and support to students, creating an enriching learning environment during the summer school programme.
All our courses are fully residential. All rooms are en-suite. Boys and girls are always housed separately and each house is supervised by our staff. Most rooms are single or twin rooms, with a few select triple rooms available upon request.
Our residential staff will supervise your stay with us in your house.

The weekly course fee covers all accommodation, meals, tuition, all general sports, activities and events, trips, Wi-Fi, weekly laundry service, return transfers (on scheduled days and times), Earlscliffe water bottle, t-shirt and travel insurance.
No, only if you choose to take any of the extra options, such as small group lessons or 1:1 English tuition at Easter and stand up paddle boarding, paintball, ‘The Lion King’ musical or the Harry Potter Studios tour in summer.
Breakfast, lunch and supper are taken in the dining hall every day. Morning and afternoon drinks and snacks are served at break times. Students are given packed meals on day trips. We should be informed of any special dietary needs prior to arrival.
Student laundry is done once a week.Bedding is provided but please bring your own towels.
We give out pocket money twice a week at ‘Student Bank’ times. Pocket money can be sent with your child to be handed in for safe-keeping on arrival, along with passports and tickets. We can receive pocket money by bank transfer or by Flywire.
