Meals

Common rooms and kitchens in each house allow our boarders to relax and socialise in the evenings and at weekends, with the ability to cook and prepare their own meals if they so wish. Kitchens are well-equipped and open before and after school.

There is also the possibility of eating out. With its busy and vibrant town centre, Folkestone also offers a variety of takeaway and eat-in restaurants to tempt everyone’s tastebuds. However, at Earlscliffe we know that our students also love our home-cooked, freshly-prepared food, available three times a day in the beautiful dining hall, and adapted for special diets as needed. Meals are a time to socialise and meet friends from other houses. Four our youngest students, they are compulsory, and for our older students, optional during the week but compulsory at weekends. Brunch on Sundays, often running to three courses, is not to be missed!
