We are incredibly proud to award and celebrate our first cohort of LAMDA (London Academy of Music & Dramatic Art) Public Speaking examinations!
This was the first experience of public speaking that our students had engaged with and they fully embraced the opportunity. They spent the year researching their chosen topics and then formulating their findings into succinct and cohesive speeches.
They learnt how to deliver an engaging speech to their target audience using essential research skills and independent curiosity – one of our key values! In addition to earning valuable UCAS points and the recognition of a prestigious award, they have also developed essential life skills that will help to set them up for the future!
A big thank you to Miss Day for her support and encouragement over the last year as well as her infectious enthusiasm which has helped contribute to a fantastic set of results! Well done all!
